Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector to join our team at EBA Engineering.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits to ensure construction activities meet safety regulations and project requirements.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, special provisions, and technical documents.
  • Maintain accurate and clear inspection records and reports for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with senior inspectors and project managers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, project stakeholders, and other team members.
Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 3-10 years of experience in construction inspection.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency with eConstruction applications, such as Fulcrum.
  • Proficiency in math and English.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to work in various weather conditions and terrains.
