At Diverse Lynx LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, constructing, and executing release tests to ensure the highest quality software products.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10-14 years of software testing experience and a thorough understanding of QA principles, including tracking, analyzing, reporting, problem resolution, and training. Strong knowledge of the entire SDLC, testing methodologies, and their direct implementation to projects is also required.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can effectively collaborate with multiple teams and lead the testing effort. Experience working in an offshore/offsite model is a plus.

In this role, you will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.
