Construction Superintendent

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues and defects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation and reports.
- Provide training and support to project staff on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Active DOD Secret clearance, DHS suitability, or TSA suitability for USSS contracts in Maryland.
- 10+ years of experience in the Construction industry, preferably commercial buildings and facilities
- Proven experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in a government or confidential project setting.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
