About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
  • Coordinate with the 3PL provider to ensure adequate staffing levels and performance.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
  • Certifications in supply chain management, logistics, or Inventory Control like Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) are desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong cultural empathy, and be able to build constructive relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
What We Offer
