Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic attorneys with 4 to 15+ years of experience in real estate and construction transactions to enhance our dynamic practice group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in real property leases, purchase and sale agreements, corporate governance, and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with a diverse clientele, encompassing real estate developers, general contractors, and businesses of all sizes.
- Draft and review a wide array of contracts, leases, and provide counsel on business formation and governance.
- Exhibit a strong academic background, ambition, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment and independently assess and recommend practical, cost-effective legal solutions.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- 3-20+ years of relevant experience in real estate and construction transactions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
