Key Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Administrative Assistant will collaborate closely with attorneys and staff, undertaking a variety of tasks, including:
1. Organizing and preparing closing documentation
2. Conducting property profile research and retrieving title documents
3. Assisting in the assembly of documents for real estate transactions
4. Managing conflict inquiries and initiating new matters
5. Preparing Engagement Agreements and Conflict Waiver letters
6. Coordinating and scheduling conference calls and meetings, ensuring effective client communication
7. Enhancing attorney productivity and practice efficiency

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- At least 5 years of experience in the real estate sector
- Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to propose solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent word processing capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
