Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and communicate with patients regarding scheduling and follow-up care.
  • Assist with patient registration and intake processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, patient-centered environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records systems.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and business email communication systems.
Compensation

$21.00 per hour.
