Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team at Metis Practice Solutions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments with patients
- Exhibit friendliness and courtesy in interactions with patients and colleagues
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient information confidentiality
- Schedule and confirm follow-up appointments
- Comply with all safety guidelines and policies
- Empathetic and patient-focused approach
- Proven experience in a receptionist role, preferably within a medical setting
- Proficient in phone etiquette and managing multiple lines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated self-motivation and drive
- Ability to effectively multitask in busy environments
