Job Title: Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team at Metis Practice Solutions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments with patients
  • Exhibit friendliness and courtesy in interactions with patients and colleagues
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient information confidentiality
  • Schedule and confirm follow-up appointments
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
  • Empathetic and patient-focused approach
  • Proven experience in a receptionist role, preferably within a medical setting
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and managing multiple lines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and drive
  • Ability to effectively multitask in busy environments
