Job Title: Patient Services Representative-Mobile Unit

Vista Community Clinic is a private, non-profit, multi-specialty outpatient clinic providing high-quality care in a comprehensive setting. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated team player to join our team as a Patient Services Representative-Mobile Unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and respond to patient inquiries via telephone and in person.
  • Perform various clerical functions and drive the mobile unit to event sites.
  • Ensure proper and safe set-up, break-down, and storage of mobile unit equipment.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and copy insurance cards.
  • Work closely with other clinic staff to ensure timely patient care.
  • Perform financial and eligibility screening for clinic programs.
  • Print daily schedules and confirm next day's appointments.
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year experience in a medical or dental office.
  • Experience in verifying insurance/program eligibility.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records systems.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of personnel in a professional manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Compensation:

$21.00 per hour.
