Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Team Leader on the execution of communications strategies.
  • Support and execute marketing communication strategies that align with our brand goals.
  • Create and design compelling content for business platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and websites.
  • Regularly conduct competitive research to gain insight into our markets.
  • Perform maintenance on the website and manage communication with web development support partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.
  • Manage and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine and improve marketing initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing/Graphic Design/Communications.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, with a strong portfolio showcasing both writing and design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with social media management and content scheduling tools is a plus.
