Job Title: Communications and Marketing Specialist

At CDR Maguire Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate and evolve all current digital channels, incorporating best practices and leveraging data and insights for continued improvement.
  • Drive the growth, engagement, and regular maintenance of all social channels.
  • Understand and leverage digital platforms to optimize performance.
  • Analyze data and advise stakeholders on best practices, new opportunities, and next steps.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Oversee, administer, and monitor departmental budget.
  • Establish and continuously assess the effectiveness of internal controls within the unit and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop an ongoing liaison with key leaders of newly acquired Spas.
  • Provide support teams for all Spas to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and monitored.
  • Drive organizational awareness by communicating existing strategies to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with managers on ways to expand market share.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of all special projects within the department.
  • Facilitate the definition of all project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements and develop full-scale project plans.
  • Manage project budgets and project resource allocation.
  • Monitor the progress of all projects and report regularly to stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills, business acumen, and ability to effectively manage.
  • Excel at strategic thinking, be open to new perspectives, and better ways to do things; and be creative, a visionary, and manage innovation well.
  • Must be results-driven.
  • Must have superior decision-making skills.
  • Must have the ability to delegate effectively.
  • Must possess executive-level communication and influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus among groups of diverse internal/external stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to outline the long-term vision and strategy.
