Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

At Miccosukee Resort & Gaming, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Manage and optimize digital content, including text, graphics, and videos, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement segmentation strategies for campaigns and identify target audiences based on data analysis.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights on performance metrics such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Work closely with the Database Marketing Analyst to create reports for marketing and other stakeholders, presenting complex data in an understandable and visually appealing manner.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards, contributing to the development of policies and best practices for data governance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in digital marketing/advertising.
  • Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and proofreading, with the capability to convey intricate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in platform management, data analysis, content execution, and understanding of SEO/SEM techniques for bolstering engagement and conversions.
  • Experience in developing and overseeing content calendars, managing the production and execution of content, and handling website and digital media operations.
  • Outstanding project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Working Conditions:

The Casino & Resort will function seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We may find it necessary to re-schedule shifts according to our business volume. You must be willing and available to fulfill these demands.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to walk, stand and sit. The associate will occasionally be required to climb and use balance. Additionally, the team member will frequently be asked to use hands and arms carry and lift items.
