As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of outbound appointment setters and assisting the General Sales Manager in the day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surpass daily lead quota and motivate the team to achieve their goals
  • Coach and train the outbound lead generation staff to success
  • Recruit and hire talented appointment setters
  • Hold the team accountable for their weekly quota's, activity, and continued training
  • Develop a winning culture for the Telemarketing room and the office
  • Ensure that the lead generation group sets quality leads and re-qualifies those leads daily
  • Manage the details, including entering leads into the system, reporting, activity, training, and coaching
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a telemarketing/call center environment
  • Ability to function both independently and as part of a team in a multi-task environment
  • Familiarity with process improvement and quality tools and techniques is a plus
  • Solid facilitation and delivery skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the geography
