Are you passionate about helping customers create their dream outdoor spaces? Do you have a flair for sales and a knack for building relationships? We are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to drive sales of our luxury PowerGazebos and PowerPatio products.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Arka Energy. As a D2C specialist, you will engage with warm leads, guide them through the sales process, and help them transform their outdoor spaces into luxurious retreats.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with pre-qualified leads to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase the unique features, benefits, and customization options of our PowerGazebos and PowerPatios.
  • Tailor solutions to recommend the perfect products for customers' outdoor living spaces.
  • Drive sales by confidently guiding customers through the sales process.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term brand loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven sales success in inside sales, preferably in home improvement or luxury goods.
  • A genuine passion for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage and persuade customers.
  • A customer-centric approach to build rapport and address concerns.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual sales tools.
  • A self-starter attitude with a focus on results and independence.
