Role Overview:

The Licensed Practical Nurse is an integral part of the multidisciplinary outpatient team, tasked with delivering patient care, ensuring patient satisfaction, and achieving clinical outcomes. The LPN executes responsibilities within their training scope, including initiating IVs, performing basic wound care, and alerting the Registered Nurse or Licensed Independent Practitioner to any changes or abnormalities in the patient's condition.
