Responsibilities:
Maintain client relationships through site visits, effective problem-solving, and serving as a bridge to laboratory management and operations.
Evaluate client needs using established service protocols to ensure satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Oversee customer and supplier interactions through detailed reporting and analysis.
Identify opportunities for additional business through client consultations to enhance market share of existing offerings.
Assist the Sales Team and Sales/Marketing Director by delivering timely, professional, and courteous service.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services or customer support.
Experience in laboratory or medical billing is advantageous.
Proven ability to collaborate within a team, demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, and exhibit flexibility.
Strong phone communication skills are essential.
