Job Title: Clerical Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsible Clerical Specialist to support the administrative and customer service needs of Frontall USA LLC. This role involves completing a variety of critical clerical assignments and assisting customers by processing various requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex clerical assignments, such as preparing memos and letters, data entry of court case information, and managing spreadsheets and vital statistic documents.
  • Assist customers by processing requests via mail, phone, and in person, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Accurately enter court case information into the Odyssey case management system.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned to support the smooth operation of the Clerk's Office.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain files, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the legal field, with the capability to perform clerical duties accurately and in accordance with office and legal standards.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet daily deadlines.

Additional Requirements:
  • Candidates must complete tasks promptly upon receipt each day.
  • Successful candidates will undergo a fingerprinting process prior to onboarding for access to the Third Circuit Court's Case Management System.
