Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at The Investors Edge. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish connections with warm leads and schedule qualified appointments through outbound calling and texting.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with 30+ warm leads daily and adhere to our proven sales script.
  • Accurately track interactions in our CRM system and follow up consistently to secure appointments.

Requirements:
  • Proven Phone Skills: 2+ years of experience in a phone-intensive role, making 20+ calls daily.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Ability to consistently meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and follow-up are essential.
