Bath Planet is expanding rapidly and requires an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives. With our headquarters in Baton Rouge, we service all of Central and South Louisiana. As a Sales Manager, you will generate revenue by leading and growing a team of sales professionals. You will be a Leader, Motivator, Coach, and Teacher. Your responsibilities will include reviewing appointments, running leads, assisting reps in homes, reviewing performance results, and preparing training meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets

• Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry

• Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing sales teams

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in sales software and technology

Compensation dependent upon experience.
