Job Title: Fiber Optic Network Sales Director

Crystal Solutions Ltd. is a leading International Recruitment Service provider for over 30 years. We are seeking a highly experienced Fiber Optic Network Sales Director to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in fiber optic networks, sales, and business development to lead our sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fiber optic networks, including fiber optic rollout, infrastructure, FTTx networks, in-building cabling, PON, and GPON active and passive components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales from new accounts to achieve sales targets within the allocated geographical area.
  • Implement business development and marketing activities to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain awareness of the market, including clients, competitors, and suppliers, to increase conversion rates.
  • Prepare and conduct customer field engagements, including product trials, evaluations, and presentations.
  • Liaise with operations teams and act as a liaison between customers and operations on issues related to contracts, materials, delivery, installation, and project execution.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in the telecom sector, with 5 years in KSA in business development, pre-sales, technical sales, sales engineering, and fiber optic networks.
  • Mandatory understanding of fiber optic networks, including fiber optic rollout, infrastructure, FTTx networks, in-building cabling, PON, and GPON active and passive components.
  • Strong awareness of ICT, RF networks, distributed antenna systems, and microwave transmission networks.
  • Proficiency in using office tools, such as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
