Key Responsibilities:
1. **Reliability Improvement:**
- Identify and implement enhancements related to reliability, integrity, economic efficiency, carbon reduction, and safety for mechanical systems.

2. **Technical Support:**
- Provide technical guidance during unplanned or emergency machinery situations, ensuring effective solutions are developed and implemented.

3. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate documentation of machinery history, focusing on root cause analysis and repair scopes. Ensure machinery files and surveillance information are up-to-date.

4. **Design Evaluation:**
- Analyze machinery history to identify reliability improvement opportunities and review new installations to optimize performance according to corporate standards.

5. **Failure Analysis:**
- Conduct formal investigations into equipment failures, utilizing techniques such as Root Cause Failure Analysis to prevent recurrence.

6. **Quality Assurance:**
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and review maintenance procedures and checklists, ensuring compliance with safety standards during commissioning of systems.

7. **Condition Monitoring:**
- Perform routine diagnostics and condition monitoring of machinery, evaluating performance and ensuring quality of offsite repairs.

8. **Emergency Response:**
- Be available for off-shift callouts to assist with rotating equipment issues, providing critical support as needed.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, including turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors.
- Experience with machinery condition monitoring techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in using databases and software applications such as Excel and Word.

Relocation Considerations:
- Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.
