Job Summary:

CMTA, a Legence company, is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team of experts in sustainable, high-performance building engineering. As a Mechanical Engineer - Energy Efficiency Specialist, you will work with a team of engineers to design and implement energy-efficient mechanical systems for various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Design and develop mechanical systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, to ensure energy efficiency and optimal performance.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in MEP consulting engineering, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
