Job Summary

Capital Area Pediatrics is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Ashburn location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient care and staff productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily patient and staff schedules to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate regularly with the Practice Administrator to ensure seamless operations.
  • Foster a positive team environment through excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Provide coverage for staff as needed, addressing call-outs and staffing issues.
  • Participate in the Weekend Leader on Duty rotation to provide support during weekend shifts.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of healthcare practice leadership experience, preferably with direct leadership of clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Health Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Availability to participate in the weekend leadership on-call rotation.
