Job Title: CloudHQ Property Manager

CloudHQ LLC is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in property management and transactional accounting, with a minimum of five years of commercial property management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the planning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures.
  • Supervise the accounts receivable and accounts payable process.
  • Ensure compliance with all client lease agreements.
  • Respond to client requests and needs, and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Perform property inspections and make recommendations to maintain or enhance the asset.
  • Supervise and manage team members to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Develop, coach, and counsel team members.
  • Actively solicit feedback to ensure all responsibilities, activities, and deliverables meet expectations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years of commercial property management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with accounting software applications and a strong understanding of financial terms and principles.
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language.
  • Ability to maintain excellent client and vendor relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to respond to emails and phone calls after hours in the event of an emergency.
