Account Growth Specialist Opportunity

Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution.
  • Manage accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Experience in the security/alarm industry a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
