Role Overview:
As the Manager of Provider Engagement and Customer Success, you will play a crucial role in our technology team, focusing on the seamless integration of the Clover Assistant within healthcare practices. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Provider Engagement and Customer Success team to ensure effective delivery and engagement strategies.
  • Developing and refining methodologies, processes, and documentation to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and continuously improving success metrics to assess team performance and effectiveness.
  • Becoming an expert in product features and guiding providers on their interactions with the Clover Assistant.
  • Monitoring provider and practice needs, providing proactive insights to team members and leadership.
  • Collaborating across departments to influence product strategy based on user feedback.
  • Mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development.
