Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Database Systems Administration and ERP Systems Engineer teams
  • Manage the development of individual team members through coaching and timely feedback

Requirements:

  • College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and at least 3 years of technical work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in management, supervisory, or team lead capacity leading teams supporting database systems on premise as well as cloud-based
  • Experience with Windows Server and UNIX operating systems, Microsoft SQLServer, Oracle, Mainframe DB2, Postgres/Dynamo/Azure/AWS cloud offerings, and Snowflake
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Essbase, PowerBI, MDM, ETL products, and a general understanding of AWS VPC environments
  • Knowledge of information security best practices, CIS benchmarks, and vulnerability management
  • Experience working in an environment that follows strict change management
