- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications in various medical specialties.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Graduate of a program in Ultrasound Technology approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association or documented equivalent education, experience, and training.
- RDMS certification and BCLS required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call rotations, as scheduled by the Department Director.
