Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our team at StoneSprings Hospital Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images using magnetic resonance imaging scanners to aid in patient diagnosis.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize MRI equipment to capture specific images ordered by physicians
  • Prepare and operate MRI equipment, position patients correctly, and record diagnostic images
  • Adapt to changes in volume and acuity demands, remaining calm in crisis situations
  • Support responsible staffing decisions and adhere to attendance and tardiness policies
  • Demonstrate efforts to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Continuing education credits as mandated by the ARRT for licensure
  • ARRT(R)(MR) certification and BCLS required
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a MRI technologist preferred
