Position Overview:
This role involves providing support for audio-visual and classroom technology systems. The individual will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and modifications of audio-visual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze and repair equipment to guarantee smooth operation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Read and interpret schematic diagrams and CAD drawings related to audio-visual systems.
- Offer training and guidance primarily to student workers in the use of audio-visual technologies.
- Assist in the procurement and commissioning of new technology solutions.
- Load necessary code or firmware and provide logistical support during testing and updates of network devices.
- Act as the primary responder for reported technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Understand and manage incident tracking, including the opening and closing of support tickets.
- Perform additional job-related duties as required.

Qualifications:
Education:
Requires knowledge and skills for analyzing and interpreting procedures, policies, and practices, typically acquired through specific educational or training programs in a technical field. An Associate's degree or relevant certification in a technical specialty program of 18 months to 3 years is preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of six months of directly related experience is required.
