Role Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager specializing in Converged Communications. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding and addressing customer needs swiftly to enhance our converged communications solutions within designated accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Build and Maintain Relationships:** Develop and nurture valuable relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
2. **Understand Customer Needs:** Assess customer business requirements and assist them in achieving their objectives through effective utilization of our converged communication solutions.
3. **Drive Adoption:** Promote the adoption and expansion of converged communications solutions within assigned customer accounts.
4. **Facilitate Digital Transformation:** Aid customers in accelerating their digital transformation by aligning Microsoft and partner technologies with their needs.
5. **Document Best Practices:** Identify and record consumption best practices and customer references to enhance success across accounts.
6. **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established key performance indicators and targets.
7. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure customer success and advocacy, including sales, support, product, and engineering.

Technical Expertise:
As a subject matter expert, you will lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops, design architecture, highlight integrations, and guide production-ready pilots for Teams voice and related technologies, ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled.

Qualifications:
- **Required:** Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g., customer success management, account management, consulting, pre-sales/post-sales, technical sales, technology solutions, change management).
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
- **Experience:** 4+ years of enterprise technical experience in communications technologies, including Microsoft converged communications and Unified Communications.
- **Additional Skills:** Ability to work independently and collaboratively, desire to grow technical skills, and capability to engage with both business executives and IT decision-makers.
