Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ticket all merchandise in preparation for display on the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Organize the movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom, maximizing productivity and minimizing costs.
  • Receive and process shipments in a timely manner, managing inventory preparation and execution.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Enthusiastic team player with high energy and results-driven attitude.
  • Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Superior organization and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to maneuver effectively around the Gallery floor, stock room, and office.
  • Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
