About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gallery Host to provide exceptional service to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our gallery spaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting our events and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the gallery host station, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitor gallery areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe, and code compliant.
  • Support events and activities, providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of related experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
