Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Patient Support Representative to join our team at Resource Corporation of America. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient support and services to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Screen patients to determine eligibility for Government & Third-Party programs such as Medicaid, ACA/marketplace, and Social Security Disability, assisting patients throughout the application process.
  • Build relationships and provide excellent customer service to patients, patient families, partner staff, agencies, and peers to help facilitate applications.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable.
  • Organized and have strong time-management skills.
  • Able to follow all HIPAA, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Knowledgeable of office equipment, including phone, fax, computers, and email.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Qualifications
  • Past experience desired, not required: Medicaid experience, work in hospital or medical office setting, insurance verification, Social Services and/or Patient Advocate, working knowledge of hospital systems (ie: Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
