Exciting Opportunity for a Full Time Bilingual Phlebotomist

Stone Diagnostics in Southeast Texas is seeking a skilled and compassionate Bilingual Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Full Time Bilingual Phlebotomist, you will play a crucial role in collecting blood from patients with precision and care.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Ensure specimen integrity and patient safety
  • Review labels against lab orders and handle testing materials
  • Adhere to compliance regulations and maintain the appearance of the blood collection area
  • Manage inventory and prepare specimens for transport
  • Monitor test results and collect various samples
  • Proficiency in EMR procedures and participate in training opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience collecting blood from patients
  • High School diploma or higher education
  • Current BLS certification
  • Reliability, dependability, and experience in various specimen collections
  • Compassionate, ethical, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and proficiency in computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
