- Bilingual: Bilingual (Spanish) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both English and Spanish.
- Phone Customer Service Experience: 1 year of phone customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
- Security Experience: 1 year of security experience, preferably in a monitoring or alarm response role.
