Position Overview

Reports to: CEO of Stageco U.S.

Employment Type: Full-time

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000

The Project Coordinator is essential in driving project success by aligning client and organizational expectations, fostering strong client relationships, and effectively managing project finances.

  • Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to fulfill project goals
  • Develop and revise project plans, scopes, and financial estimates
  • Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to guarantee project objectives are achieved

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate project plans, scopes, and pricing proposals
  • Assess site conditions and evaluate design feasibility
  • Oversee vendors and subcontractors
  • Effectively communicate project status and updates

Project Management

  • Initiate project discussions and planning with clients
  • Prepare and maintain project timelines
  • Document all project-related information and details

Design Collaboration

  • Work with R&D on design specifications
  • Ensure design information is conveyed clearly
  • Monitor and adjust design progress as necessary

Procurement & Subcontracting

  • Identify and manage suppliers and subcontractors
  • Order materials and coordinate logistics
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with client specifications

Construction Oversight

  • Provide clear directives to construction teams
  • Develop construction strategies and supervise progress
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications

Ongoing Responsibilities Throughout the Project

  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Lead internal meetings and discussions as required
  • Identify and address project changes promptly
  • Monitor safety, quality, and client satisfaction

Project Completion

  • Review project expenditures and compile final reports
  • Coordinate the resolution of any outstanding matters
  • Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project files

General Office Duties

  • Engage in company-sponsored training programs
  • Foster a positive workplace culture
  • Support colleagues and fulfill assigned responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of construction-related documentation
  • Proficient in project management methodologies
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

A minimum of five years in the construction industry

A minimum of three years in project management roles
