Physical Requirements:
Daily operations involve managing multiple outbound shipments, with individual packages weighing no more than 50 lbs. The role includes standing for extended periods and lifting outbound packages.
Parking Information:
Parking is available at no cost, with designated areas for employees. Certain areas, such as loading docks and visitor spaces, are restricted.
Work Schedule:
The standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment.
- Performing related copying tasks and managing high-volume mail systems.
- Generating digital reports for printing, imaging, and mailing systems.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and applying postage.
- Providing maintenance and repair services for customer site equipment.
- Executing various building support functions, including meeting setups and light maintenance.
Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager, depending on the site configuration.
Job Duties:
The responsibilities include:
- Operating high-volume copy machines and performing finishing work.
- Managing document imaging systems and related software.
- Maintaining convenience copiers through daily inspections and quality checks.
- Keeping accurate records for management reports and inventory supplies.
- Coordinating service calls and responding to customer inquiries.
- Ensuring the upkeep of copier areas and performing shipping and receiving duties.
- Assisting with meeting room setups and other building occupant moves as needed.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have:
- A high school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience in copy-related roles.
- A valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage may be required.
