Job Title: Chemist Lab Technician

We are seeking a skilled Chemist Lab Technician to join our team at Yoh's client located in Marlborough, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine analytical tests on small molecule and polymer samples
  • Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments with guidance from senior scientists
  • Contribute to multiple projects by providing analytical data and presenting results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, DE, Manufacturing, and Quality)
  • Prepare and maintain technical documents, including analytical test procedures, method development, and analytical findings
  • Organize lab supplies, chemicals, and test samples
  • Fulfill all requirements of group, site, and company safety, ethics, and quality programs
Requirements:
  • BS or MS in Chemistry or related field
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments, such as LC, GC, IC, Titration, FT-IR, UV-vis, XRD, XRF, TGA, and DSC
  • Good understanding of analytical chemistry and statistics
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with cross-functional team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual able to work in a fast-paced team environment
