Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Provide general maintenance support, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry services.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee staff and tasks, ensuring safe, efficient, and proper completion of duties.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.
  • Inventory Management: Manage site supplies inventory, including periodic ordering.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain client relationships through participation in client meetings.
  • Work Order Management: Use a computer to modify and monitor work orders within a work order management system.
  • Budget Management: Work with account leaders to maintain facilities within approved budgets.
Requirements
  • Commercial Facilities Experience: Proven experience in commercial facilities maintenance and support.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a servant leadership mindset.
