Civil/Structural Engineering / Site Inspection

## Overview

We are looking for a meticulous structural Inspector Representative to conduct on-site evaluations on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should possess a sharp attention to detail and a robust understanding of structural engineering, construction documentation, and methodologies. This role is tailored for individuals with a background in construction management or civil/structural engineering who thrive in fieldwork environments. Please note that this position requires extended hours on construction sites. Additionally, during periods of low construction activity, responsibilities will include documentation preparation, engineering design, and report generation.

## Responsibilities

- Perform inspections of construction sites to verify adherence to project specifications and documentation.

- Review blueprints and technical documents to ensure compliance with field installations.

- Act as the primary liaison between field operations and office personnel.

- Gather data and document observations during site inspections.

- Collaborate with construction teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during inspections.

- Conduct quality control assessments on construction materials and equipment.

- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Exhibit self-sufficiency, effective time management, and motivation.

- Work hours will fluctuate based on the construction schedule.

- Additional engineering responsibilities will be assigned during downtime in construction activities.

## Qualifications

- Prior experience in construction inspection or a related discipline.

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Civil/Structural Engineering.

- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical documents.

- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

- Knowledge of construction management practices and quality assurance protocols.

- Familiarity with contract stipulations and construction site regulations.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
