Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with over 10 years of experience and a registered PE license.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and lead a team effectively.
  • Experience in at least three of the following areas: building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades, and fenestration.
  • Hands-on approach with willingness to engage in physical inspections, including climbing roofs and navigating confined spaces.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact efficiently with colleagues and clients.
