Position Overview:
This role is designed for a Quality Engineering Intern who will contribute to the Naples Quality team, focusing on quality assurance processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation Management: Create and compile essential documentation for First Article Test Reports as per customer requests or driven by process modifications and product launches, including the generation of AS9102 Forms based on specific drawing criteria.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Analyze complex blueprints and follow special instructions such as process sheets, supplier and customer purchase orders, and inspection plans.
  • Inspection Collaboration: Collaborate with the Inspection team to conduct necessary inspections to finalize the FAIR package.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize FAIR software to generate the required FAIR packages in compliance with AS9102 standards.
  • Mechanical Skills: Hands-on mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and organize various types of documentation and components.

Internship Goals:
  • Engage with the Naples quality, engineering, and operations teams on-site, gaining access to specialized software.
  • Progress through the programs until the final approval of FAIRs is achieved.

Qualifications:
Completion of some college coursework is required. A valid driver's license and current state-mandated vehicle insurance are necessary for site access.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this position is between $22.00 and $30.00, subject to variation based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
