Key Responsibilities

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the comprehensive management of maintenance operations within a continuous manufacturing environment. Your duties will include:

  • Planning, directing, and overseeing both preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
  • Promoting a culture of safety by ensuring all maintenance tasks are executed in compliance with established safety protocols.
  • Creating a secure and controlled environment for all personnel and contractors while adhering to regulatory standards.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance or Engineering within a plastic injection manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere with competing priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify opportunities and devise effective solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a focus on project management, including setting and achieving both short- and long-term objectives.
  • Financial expertise, particularly in managing capital projects and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
