Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee our contract for Operations, Maintenance, Custodial, and Related Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Direct daily operations, including preventive maintenance scheduling and vendor management.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess knowledge of critical building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.
  • Collaboration: Engage with contracting officers and building managers to address ongoing issues and future plans.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor profit and loss statements and participate in budget planning.
  • Training and Development: Mentor team members and ensure staff qualifications for contract operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections and manage inventory effectively.

Subcontractor Oversight:

  • Work with procurement and contracting departments for competitive bidding and quality assessments.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Active TOP SECRET Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain.
  • Minimum of three years in supervisory roles within complex environments.
  • Five years of experience in project management and MEP planning.
  • Relevant degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Maximo CMMS and Microsoft Project is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
