Key Responsibilities- Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

- Electrical Component Replacement: Replace faulty electrical components, such as relays, switches, breakers, motor starters, and position sensing devices.
- Electronic Component Repair: Diagnose and repair or replace faulty electronic components, including circuit boards, using electronic test equipment and hand tools.
- Motor Maintenance: Replace electric motor bearings and rewire motors.
- Wiring and Installation: Plan layout of wiring and install wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings.
- Mechanical and Hydraulic Component Repair: Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
- Security Clearance: Must possess an active TOP SECRET Security Clearance, or eligibility to obtain.
- Licensure and Certification: Must possess a current journeyman electrician license or meet the qualification requirements of the American National Standards Institute/International Electrical Testing Association ETT-2015, Standard for Certification of Electrical Testing Technicians and hold at least a Level 3 or 4.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or government facilities is preferred.
- Heavy Physical Effort: Heavy physical effort (lift/carry up to 75 lbs.)
- Prolonged Standing and Walking: Prolong, extensive or considerable standing/walking.
- Manual Dexterity and Mobility: Manual dexterity and mobility.
- Reaching and Stooping: Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
