We are seeking a highly skilled Chef Tournant to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards while ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices.

About the Role
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare and cook food according to recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of kitchen sanitation and hygiene.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of related work experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
