About the Role

The Culinary Operations Director is a critical leadership position at Biscayne Bay Restaurant Corporation, responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation. This role reports directly to the Executive Chef and plays a key part in delivering a 5-star experience to our guests and team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. • Ensure adherence to all recipes guidelines to provide consistent quality, proper presentation technique, and food safety standards.

    • Operate all kitchen equipment safely and correctly.

    • Follow facility and chef's safe food handling guidelines.

    • Maintain high standards of sanitation and nutrition practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef, Exec Sous, or Chef de Cuisine.

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

    • PC literate with a working knowledge of Outlook, and MS Excel.
