Director of Revenue Cycle Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Operations and Innovations to join our team at Johns Hopkins Health System. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, innovation, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of revenue cycle operations strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and innovations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, staff, and external partners.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of hospital revenue cycle management experience, including 3-5 years of management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to be a change advocate with prior work experience in a redesign project and/or management experience in a highly automated revenue cycle operations office environment.
- Prior experience working in a matrix organization, including multi-disciplinary teams, varying levels of leadership across the organization, including C-Suite.
- Digital Patient Access experience is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $73.47 - $102.60 per hour, commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
