- Maintain job postings with our electronic applicant tracking system.
- Screen resumes for high potential candidates.
- Interview Coordination
- Organize and plan professional interviews for applicants and management.
- Employee Onboarding
- Conduct new hire orientation.
- Administrative Support
- Create, track, and maintain all documentation for employee records and files.
- Create employees and maintain updated data in Bamboo HR database.
- Coordinate all business travel for employees.
- Corporate Communications
- Participate in corporate communications, including but not limited to, email communications and other HR related communication materials.
- Payroll Support
- Provide support to payroll for time tracking and training allowance data collection and reports.
- Other Duties
- Back up for Admin Coordinator role as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
